With the year drawing to a close in a little over one month, it comes time for the obligatory TOP 10 lists to fill the blogosphere. And you're going to see a lot of TOP 10s touching on the same thing: Top 10 Records of 2007, Top 10 New Artists of 2007, Top 10 Britney Moments of 2007, etc.
